Deposits
(Negotiable) Reservations are secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit, and a second 40% non-refundable deposit, 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise negotiated, the following charges will apply in the event of any cancellation.
46 days or more prior to arrival date: the greater of $50 US per person or 10% deposit of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges.
45 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges
7 days or less prior to arrival date (or no-show): 100% of total payment due including taxes and service charges.
